    Many people think they know themselves very well; they have good communication skills, they know how to listen and respond to others, and even emotional intelligence. Is that what you thought? I did it. However, after conducting my behavior observation interview with my friends, I believe that self-reflection is important for everyone to understand and improve our own communication styles. For this report, I will study key communication concepts, analyze responses, and develop actions. to improve myself. I will begin with the explanations and identities of my personal style in listening, responding, and emotional intelligence, as well as making some references to these communication dimensions. The report would also contain an interview with my friends to get information about my communication style from different angles. Then the report will end with me reflecting on the response and developing actions for improvement. Communication is the progression of emotional reactions, achieving shared thinking, sending and receiving messages, and improving connections. According to the Introduction to Public Relations and Communication Management (2012), communication is the means of sharing opinions, attitudes and feelings that we need to know from those with whom we communicate. It’s about receiving messages through effective language, body language, writing and visuals. To share and/or give opinions, or be defined as interpersonal communication, one must have effective verbal and non-verbal communication styles and skills.
